Here is your invitation to our next Open Meeting, with preceding AGM.
These will take place on Wednesday 22nd June 2011, at 7.00 (for 7.30pm), in the Function Room and Lecture Theatre of the Education Centre, at the Freeman Hospital.
The Open Meeting speaker will be Professor Jim Shaw, of the Diabetes Centre, Newcastle General Hospital.
His topic will be : "PANCREATITIS AND DIABETES" - a subject on which he an international expert.
At the AGM, we will be hearing reports from our Chairman and Treasurer, and we will be considering the future composition of our Committee as well as replacements for some Officers.
